Jay Newman kneels at gravestone of his father, John T. Newman, in the Seaside Cemetery where he lives and works. Newman is the general manager of the 27-acre property and owns it with his mother Barbara Perry. The Cemetery was bought by Newman's parents in the early 1970s but has been around since 1886.
